At Cornerstone, we take pride in the work we have done. This is demonstrated in both our work ethic on site, but just as importantly, in the finished project.

Here is a cross-section of some of the work we have done, as well as the challenges we faced with each:

• Cornerstone Estates - Saugus, MA (a 30-lot subdivision, a first of it’s kind).
  • With Cornerstone Estates our role was to subdivide the land into 30 individual residential lots. We took care of the administration (planning board approval process) for this project as well as conservation work, the installation of utilities, all of the road grading, 20,000 cubic yards of ledge removal, and the supervision of the building of homes from beginning to completion.
    
    
• Grace Ministries -  Main Street, Saugus, MA
  • The construction of Grace Ministries consisted of zoning, and planning board approval, demolition of existing structure, grading, site work and construction of church building.
    
    
• Morgan Hill Estates - Bangor, ME
  • A state of the art restaurant and office building (65 x 120 x 65 feet high post and beam construction). Built entire envelope, roof and wall system from SIP Panels.
    
    
• Oak Ridge Condo Development and Clubhouse - North Andover, MA
  • Built specialized vaulted roof system with custom dormers for indoor pool and clubhouse.
    
    
• Laconia Savings Bank-  Bedford, NH
  • Built specialized roof system to support 200 year old historical timber frame.
    
    
• Custom Home - Middleton, MA
  • 6,700 sq foot – Built entire envelope, roof and wall system with true cathedral ceilings from SIP Panels.
    
    
• Custom Home - Littleton, NH
  • 4,500 sq foot – Built entire envelope, roof and wall system with true cathedral ceilings from SIP Panels.
    
    
• Custom Cape with Loft - Epson, NH
  • 1,800 sq foot - Full vaulted ceilings
    
    
• McHenry Theatre - Light Street, Baltimore, MD
  • The McHenry Theatre required the re-zoning of the facilities to an amusement arcade and the renovation of 20,000 square foot of building.
    
    
• State-of-the-Art Sound Studio - Lexington, MA
  • 1,800 sq foot - Built entire envelope including floor, wall and roof systems utilizing SIP Panels.
