With 50 years of combined experience in commercial and residential development, Richard LeClair and Robert Doherty bring with them a wealth of industry-related knowledge and an efficient construction methodology.

Fully licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Richard and Robert have a wide range of work under their belt, including the renovation of McHenry Theatre in Baltimore Maryland (a 15,000 square foot amusement arcade) and the development of Cornerstone Estates, a 30-lot subdivision in their hometown of Saugus Massachusetts.

Robert established, built and operated the only "approved" manufacturing facility in N.H/MA/ME, giving him particular insight into the technology that has enabled the construction of buildings with unparalleled insulation and superior structural strength. With a wide variety of commercial and hundreds of residential homes and additions we have a lot to bring to the table for the consumer.
